OPTI house sold on 2/6/2023:

This says the OPTI (Roger Pawson) house sold for $2,251,623.74, which was more than the $2,232,299.73 of “unpaid balance and other charges” noted in the Notice of Trustee’s Sale.

Total Lender Solutions, Inc. was the “Duly Appointed Trustee”. That company “appointed MK Consultants, Inc. to act as an agent to conduct the trustee’s sale on the trustee’s behalf.”

I couldn’t find the new owner’s name online, so today I called the San Diego County tax assessor’s office: 619-236-3771. I was told the new deed hasn’t been recorded yet.
