Understandable that after waiting years to reach the promise land, little has happened, & some of us are angry! In the Pennies, so many intangibles get in the way of progress, like developing a product to its fullest capability, keeping Scientific associates happy (As well as CEOs who have bills to pay,) having to pay much higher interest rates on loans that slows things down considerably, that loaners to Penny Stocks will only Loan them a little money at first, maybe 20-30,000$, which doesn't go that far! Then most CEOs aren't that versed w the Technology, only w managing affairs, which most fail in doing so by the way!? Then, there is usually much more bad news than good news for a number of years! Then the absence of PRs showing not much is going on at the time! With the proliferance of bad experiences, what CEO would want to divulge them?

So, many Investors just assume the Company is going downhill fast and may never recover w all the problems? But with a promising product that has a far reaching future, the wait may be worth it, like Gasoline Co's where just one entered the market at first, but many followed suit and are doing well! Even if a product isn't first to the market, an innovative system that can compete with the best of them, will eventually find a solid spot among other CO's who have systems of their own! So, the big Question of holding or folding constantly weights on the shoulders of many!

But, some small Co's will eventually make it to market, especially in the new GREEN sector, and will surprise most of us who have waited so long! This sector is still in its infancy, so its popularity should grow significantly in the next few years? So, the number of (UP's) will someday outnumber the (DOWN's), & 2023 and 2024 should start giving us some of those hard earned (UP's)? But who knows? IMO.
