Etrade has changed their cash transfer policy instead of account value now it's the amount of cash non invested. So if you have $500 cash but are trying to transfer $1000 you have to wait 3 trading days even if your account has margin and you're over the $25k account value.

Looking for recommendations on other brokers pros and cons and fees in general. Would like to transfer money and buy right off also.
