AGREE..Eddie's been LYING about filing with SEC for years. Below is the heading he slaps on his disclosures filed with OTC. However, OTC doesn't show ANY SEC filings by him EVER. The last one was in 2007 by the previous owners. See "SEC Filings"

Apparently PBHG Eddies other tickers are "non-SEC reporting companies." If so, he is apparently using the following headers to DUPE investors into thinking his filings are somehow more accurate, transparent and legitimate by claiming he is submitting them to the SEC when he is not.
