Great news about the Definitive 14a.

IMO…the actual filing of the Definitive 14a was the line in the sand for this RM. The fact that FCCN was allowed by the SEC to file this document means that there are no objectionable issues that the SEC can foresee with this deal.

Despite this iHub-boards’ collective lack of understanding, this RM has met every milestone in the merger process. If this wasn’t’ going to happen…this Definitive 14a would not have been filed.

This is a very good day for FCCN and AERO shaeholders.

We have successfully crossed the risk point for the RM. I hope to meet everyone on March 13th in California.
