$GVSI Under the old management was NOT PINK CURRENT. Cutler and Lanham thought they could apply their corporate actions while not being up to date with financials.

All they had to do was do what George just did, and file 2 years worth of fins with the OTC and an Atty letter. Instead they fought with the SEC and FINRA for a year. Too funny.

The 08-13 fins are a moot point.

Cutler and Lanham were petitioning the SEC to still try and do their corporate actions Sep. 16, 2020. That's why you see that. Has NOTHING to do with the current state of $GVSI
