So, in reading the article this morning, I will soften my stance on the boys and their public announcements, most recently to move the project to FID by EOY'22

Near the end of the article, it addresses what I and many have stated. Economic conditions across the board have made it more difficult to move HOA's to SPA's. What was is no longer what is. The HOA's have taken the past several months to re-negotiate more favorable terms.

Delfin's pronouncement about FID by EOY was truthful when stated early fall '22 but it also points to my favorite quote. He who hesitates is lost. Or in this case delayed.
