First sandra will keep on reataing earnings till eternity then once released with enough retained capital, we the common shareholders will either buyout JPS for $1 or if we could not do that we will vote for no dividend to be paid to common or JPS that we will increase common shares price by increasing enterprise value and JPS will remain worthless.
