After 15 years of watching this piece of garbage so-called "company" I can make whatever claims I want to Jedi. You are an admitted tech-illiterate so it's easy to be fooled by the technobabble of certain people. But it is technobabble and it's meaningless. The VCSY patents are garbage. That's been proven by "nuisance" settlements by MSFT and a couple other companies. It was cheaper to pay the patent troll than to fight in court, and VCSY accepted piddly settlements. They have nothing. Ploinks is junk, and nobody needs another communication app. Out of a dozen bogus "subsidiaries", Now Solutions is the only entity that ever brought in any revenue, and it's dropped by half since Wade bought it as his cash cow. This garbage will unlikely ever trade again, and if it does everyone will sell and it will crash even further into the hole than it was. I'll be sure to sell you my shares.
