My observation from watching this ticker for the last 6 months so people rather play games than allow a ticker to trade and make money. It's obvious to see the intentional blockades and attempted rug pulls. It might be worth considering a lot of block sizes got taken out this week. Those shares are in safer hands now and it was a show to watch on L2.

We saw a few days ago 1 candle from .075 to .09. Worth noting there are only 67 cisco gold partners nationwide and this might be number 68 and the first one in otc.

We might literally never see a play like this for a while.

I just checked the 4hr chart and the accumulation saw a massive spike in the last 4 days wow. I have never seen this kind of strength in an otc ticker before.
