Here is a secret.

Real investors know that even if a MM messes with an OTC stock rarely will they get in trouble.

I wish more investors would learn about MM's and electronic trading and algorithms.
A MM does not have time or care about OTC trading.
They make money on trades.

All the naked shorting crap on so on is just that.
