Neilhk- I would agree, will open with downward pressure. The RSI is dropping quickly, this needs to settle and at this rate >30 would be a good area. It will indicate an over sold area.

But the real question is what happens next. IMO another quick shot up will only create more bad faith, flippers and further validation that this is a "Pump & Dump" play.

If RGNO has the fundamentals behind it, then a leveling off supported by a RSI <30 followed by a basing and then a steady and stable uptrend would be best suited.

My first play with RGNO was based on a potential and typical type of pinkie run....and it happened, for me I started @ .042, sold portions on the way up until .23 when I was out completely. My next play with RGNO will only be if the above I outlined starts to develop.

Trying to predict and out smart the MM's is almost impossible, but if the action becomes more stable then the MM's tend to take care of themselves and individual stockholders like us have a better chance over time

Kels
