Vato if this is the case they are not doing good job as could have gotten better prices for the seller if not constantly seating on the offer and not letting it move up. Seller might not be happy with their performance.

I see it as naked shorting going on by sacrificial sheep STXG on the lady leg of survival for SIEB.
