The scammers are the naked shorts, hedge funds hiding the naked shorts on stocks like BRLL, and the MM's lies on level 2 trying to fool retail. Look at the BRLL OTCx-MM ask that is way lower than the bid and trade prices.

LOL, the gig is up, the MM-lie exposed for the fraud it is.
