Therefore, they should take full responsibility for whatever outcome they achieve and how they feel about it. The trap that people fall into is having "unreasonable expectations" mixed with an irresponsible attitude to start with. Rather than acting like an adult, they perfer to play the "blame game" so as to disavow any responsibility for their stupidity. That is the EGO at its best..
And furthermore, this company or any company doesn't owe squat to their shareholders. Least of all an explanation of what they are doing or why they do it. In general terms, NO shareholder buys his shares from the company. They buy them from a Broker, who buys them from a Market Maker, who buys them from some intermediary like an Investment Banker, who actually CREATES the shares on behalf of the company. The money is long-ago spent. I suppose shares gives the owner the "right to complain" but the company doesn't have to listen.
