Just listened to Ginsler on CNBC. He's serious about SEC regulation of crypto. He used the term "coin" and immediately corrected himself to the term "token". The SEC wants all tokens to follow the same steps, filing the same forms to registration as do stocks. IMO, the devs need to stop with their clues and release the L2 when it's ready. That would appear as a more business like approach. I am long and strong here and wish everyone much success.
