It’s important to understand the market dynamics once Niocorp is on Nasdaq. The prevalent pattern will be determined by four categories of market parties: market makers creating liquidity to buy and sell ; institutions ( index funds, hedge funds, banks and other financial investment companies) who are allowed by law to trade off exchange ( at ‘ average ‘ stock price of the day, you see these trades registered after normal trading hours) to ‘protect’ retail investors from too much volatility ( large orders causing big swings); shorts selling for their own account and often in cooperation with institutions to drive share price down; finally retail longs ( most of us here), often the target of attack of the institutions and shorts.
Based on this expected pattern it seems wise to use the time between now and listing to buy shares at current low prices. This is an unique window of opportunity, because the lower your entry price the bigger the upside potential, but more importantly the more immunity retail investors will have when the larger market parties are entering the market and will use their tool box at full force. The underlying share price trend is and remains UP based on the available financials and based on the expected market performance , never forget that, but don’t be mistaken, once on Nasdaq, our current cosy club of retail longs will feel what it means to trade together with the big Wallstreet boys and girls.
