Yes there is a vote to increase their shares. That is just to authorize the increase at this time and not to dump them into the outstanding yet. This company has a problem raising funding and will do so till they prove themselves. If you have a problem with this then you should not be holding this stock. Remember they are considered "HIGH RISK".
