I don't think there will be any share cancellations beyond the 294M already filed.

First, why would he wait? It takes time, he clearly should know by now if there are more shares, so he would have included them all already.

Second, based on accumulation over the last 3-4 years, I don't see much room for more. 2.405B-294M= 2.111B.

When I calculated accumulation last time I thought it was above 2B. Now the 3 year accumulation says 1.83B, so there may be 280M shares, but they would be unrestricted shares and I'm skeptical.
