How many times has Sharp and friends created a fake run to dump into.

Why would anyone buy stock in an empty shell - and there isn't a real company that is going to do a reverse merger with a company that doesn't report to the SEC.

It has been over a year since Sharp withdrew the Form 10 and hasn't refiled.

This fake run is from wash trades and spoofing. And once again a few are falling for it.
