Not heard of anything in regards to a board, but he needs to be replaced because he has lost all accountability/ trust with long SHrs, he can't seem to get the job done. Can't close a deal, meetings all over the globe, and we're being diluted into oblivion. Promised no R/S then creates a way to R/S (merger) without actually R/Sing so he can say we didn't R/S though. Either way, the OG share holders going to get screwed and he's def not looking out for them. He'll say anything to keep it going.
