I just can’t understand why someone would sell then. Just before red shovel? More drilling. More financing. More recognition. PreOrders. Gov funding. And more.

Mark said this mine could be operational in as little as two years after merger.

Where the approx market value of NioCorp will be north of $10B.

Thats a long way up in value from current, and very little time for that rise.

Sorry, just cant my wrap around the mentality.
