NASDAQ listing would put the company on the radar of institutional investors. As long as the underlying fundamentals remain positive IMO it would help the share price appreciate. I understand the argument that Nasrat does not want the scrutiny that listing brings, but if he is going to cash out of this investment listing on NASDAQ will probably get him a better price. BTW, I still think any reverse split and up listing should wait until after Adderall generic launches under the Elite label. In other words, it is not happening soon.
