Think Latitude was brought onboard with MUCH FANFARE and HOOPLA!! Mobicard was gonna be a huge success!!
In the beginning we were getting updates on TL's progress..........then things went sour. No updates, no REAL explanation of WHY Think Latitude went silent. Just more BS spin from Josh of how TL was playing games and not holding up there end of the bargain. Then they disappeared.
No explanation from Josh.
2022..............New coders were hired. This is gonna be the year!! Much Hoopla!! Claims from Josh of having coding completed for the fall of 2022.
Well............no updates. They've (the coders) disappeared. No explanation from Josh.
BUT for $2500 sent to Dear Leader Josh.........you can become a friend of the company!! And he will ...........ahem......'help' you get your shares registered and deposited with your broker.................the only thing I can think of is a pan handler on the side of the road begging for your money, because you already gave him a $20.............that's the image that comes into mind.

Josh releases an email.................begging for more money, wants to do a reverse split so he can keep PTOP registered and really ulitmately so he can continue to line his pockets. He needs money to retain and pay the umpteeneth auditor on this sad little journey.................what happened to the last auditors?? How many does this make?? We won't mention the numerous accounting firms.
Begging people to send in voting rights that are notarized??? Ford and Boeing don't make you do that?? NONE of the companies I have ever held have done that.
He needs money to hire NEW CODERS..............wants to release the NEW Mobidud in stages. How do you release a working product in stages?? Are you gonna develop a website first?? And the LATER..........after begging for more money..........start working on a business card app???
But it was the governments fault for all of Josh's failings to date..............and Mother nature (COVID)...............pick an excuse.
Mobi-Dud and Josh are perfect examples of WHAT NOT TO DO when trying to launch a business. Crowd funding??? Really?? Sounds like more dilution to me.
Want to see an example of a successful product and company?? Go look at Savvy Card. Good product, successful development and marketing, integrity and honesty. I CANNOT EXPRESS THAT ENOUGH...........INTEGRITY AND HONESTY!! If you hired a landscaper, carpenter, electrician, etc and they continue to NOT FINISH the job, but keep asking for more money to finish the job.........are you really going to continue to do business with them?? CODY?? They promise for the umpteenth time that this time...........this time..........it's going to be different. I'll get the job done!! I just need this much more money. Despite the thousands of dollars they've already been given??
