Although this opinion piece is about the Maryland Market, I think this guy very succinctly articulates how any well-designed state program should work. The only thing about the article I kind of disagreed with is the last sentence. There is a difference between having a pizza delivered and having cannabis delivered. One requires proof that you're 21 or older, and the other doesn't. I don't think most jurisdictions allow alcohol to be delivered to your door, so I suspect cannabis delivery won't be an option in most locales, at least for the foreseeable future. I know it exists in certain places, but it's not common.
