It's an OTC disclosure, yes. But who dictates what is required for current information? The SEC.

Even if you somehow believe that SEC requirements are not relevant to OTC companies (which is nonsense due to Rule 15c2-11), OTCM models their disclosure requirements off of the SEC. So OTCM requires the same information about insider ownership, as explicitly stated in the GVSI 2022 Annual Report:

Include Company Insiders who own any outstanding units or shares of any class of any equity security of the issuer.




Rule 15c2-11:
(e) Definitions. For purposes of this section:

(1) Company insider shall mean any officer or director of the issuer, or person that performs a similar function, or any person who is, directly or indirectly, the beneficial owner of more than 10 percent of the outstanding units or shares of any class of any equity security of the issuer.


If someone can't tell that a shell is a shell, can you trust anything else that they say?
