lots of moving parts with WKSP/TVE. Hope you find the following insightful and helpful. My questions pertained to TVE to help process some sort of fundamental value for the entire company.

Rossi stated via 3-mail:

"There is a lot of work in progress.

TerraVis Energy is new – just over a year old (or so, I haven’t been counting the days since incorporation).

It has endeavored to research products in various fields:

NPEV = Hydrogen Fuel Cell + Batteries + EV Charger

CCHP = Cold Climate Heat Pump (partnership with University)

EV Chargers = Regular chargers that we’re working with vendors from China, with

In terms of the NPEV & CCHP, we’re still working on our prototypes and are overcoming challenges regularly, which means two things; there have been setbacks, but we haven’t been stopped at any point. Although we’re not near commercialization – we are still progressing. My keen focus is on the CCHP and I will continue to endeavor to build a on-staff team to focus on heat pump development and commercialization on a full time basis. The CCHP is being presently worked on at a local university, and they just move a a slower pace. The NPEV is more delicate because of its use of hydrogen – so there are a lot more rules / regulations / precautions around simply using that gas. However, we have the items to make a prototype (batteries, charger, fuel cell) – we are waiting for approvals to make those connections. In the interim, we will working towards showing our shareholders and stakeholders the NPEV in a digital realm and telling a more complete story.

The grid connected EV chargers: we have prototype samples (level 2 and 3) and we’re working towards installing the samples for testing them, an app we want to develop, and payment systems. Then we can move to UL testing, insuring, and commercializing. All at our factory in Buffalo. This takes time for approvals from zoning to permitting – it’s a big lift!

I will ultimately take a more active role in TerraVis Energy, as my missions are accomplished with:

Release of COR
Release of SOLIS
Production in our NY factory

Those missions should all time to be in good order during Q2 of this year. Then I can soak in the good feeling of executing on projects and take on new focus’ for these other exciting projects.

I will keep you posted as best as I can.

Be well,"
