You've created an entirely fabricated narrative involving the restrictive legend. It really is a tangent from anything related to the case.

I think the 40M shareholder would be smart to contest, and maybe the 2.5/3M shareholders, but the rest should just buy new shares with whatever they'd spend on legal fees.

I don't expect the 240M shareholder to contest because it seems like he already sold the supershare to George Sharp. I assume they have an agreement or something in place.
