THEREFORE, how in the HELL is the stock going to get to .15-.25 by itself before a reverse split and listing on the Nasdaq?

ANSWER: IT WON'T

That means Elite needs to reverse split IMMEDIATELY to attract institutions and have the stock rise to a fair market cap.
