Institutions and insiders control almost 75% of Lannetts shares so comparison is questionable. I would expect that a 25% move here to a nickel would not surprise or excite most investors and that price would require a 1 for 50 to support a $2.50 Nasdaq qualifying price.

While a reverse split will be necessary, NH believes it should be done after the market recognizes the intrinsic value and prices the stovk at a higher price. If price was .15-.25 cents, he could reverse at 1 for 10 which would be acceptable to me and I believe most shareholders.
