AESO has until October before 15c2-11 shell-rules matter, so maybe whoever is selling today doesn't know that and assumes March 26th (18 months from 15c2-11 effective date) is the deadline.

It's 18 months from it's first price quotation which was when it went Pink Current April 2022.

There could be some pretty good OTC deals to buy at the end of March that may get sold off by people that don't know the shell exception terms and assume it's 18 months from September 26th 2021 when the new rules went into effect
