Oh I will agree George’s tweets will pretty much always be carefully worded so he can backpedal if things don’t work out.
It confirms nothing.
And of course he will try to merge something in here! That was the whole point of getting the custodianship!! He tells the courts it is some emergency because he has a pending potential merger ready to go. So let’s just see how long it takes.

The question will be the quality of the company and the past history will taint it.
And how big a reverse split will be needed.
If George just turns this into some holding company for a bunch of deals he is already involved with - it will be a “gentle” reverse split. As he will need to hang on his “believers” while he milks it dry.
