Except I wasn't wrong. Two annual reports are listed in the OTCM requirements (like I said), but one Annual Report satisfies the SEC disclosure requirements, so I mentioned several times that Sharp was arguing he didn't have to file the second annual report despite it being "required" by OTCM. You'll note that he is the first I've seen to go pink current with only one annual report, so he may have just changed the rules of the game.

Anyway, I didn't think it would prevent pink current:

I said this earlier in the week, predicting PC by today or else I'll have concerns, but I think I misjudged the backlog at OTCM. They've been churning out tier changes and still haven't gotten past 1/27 filings.

So I don't think we can make any informed opinion of good or bad just yet. It should be a linear process and they'll graduate from 1/27 filings to 1/30 filings and GVSI will go PC.
