The filing clearly states CEO Tim (who ever he is listening to) is now taking the A/S up to over 1.8 Billion shares very soon .

What a shame at one time this really was a great set up , down the tubes in the past several months, just one offering after the other. It will take forever to turn that increase in Shares for this to move up .
