Good morning bro. Never say never but I get your thinking. This could certainly move the other way if Canada becomes more prominent. The Reg A offering doesn't scare me that much - I think the .0005 shares would increase the market cap by around 2 million bucks? It would still be a low cap, and heck, I think it would still be even if they exercised the full 10 billion AS. To me the question moving forward will be how much they put their hands in the AS cookie jar. That's the unknown - if it's done to expand business operations, great. If it's done out of desperation, bad.

I still like where this is headed, but no guarantees. Holding on to my remaining shares.
