Is the anticipation that the SP will drop immediately following the R/S due to dilution fears? Or shortsellers(if they exist as so many here say they do not)? Or just assumed due to so many past R/S that plummeted due to no business plan or obvious dilution from scam companies?
If the projected drop is due to current shareholders dumping their shares, why would they wait til after the R/S instead of selling now(at .0001)? What would be the catalyst for them to sell later vs now if they don’t believe in the company at this point? Especially knowing there’s future mergers, an offering at .0036 with likely institutional investors and a very legitimate product and booming AI industry?
Looking forward to reasonable responses and hopeful this doesn’t get taken down like most other posts that may challenge the clear negative agendas by the regular/usual posters here.
