That word, I do not think it means what you think it means.

If it was resolved, Sharp would have shown evidence he still owned the shares or updated the Annual Report. Him emailing one person does not resolve it or put it to bed in any way.

If someone can't tell that a shell is a shell, can you trust anything else that they say?
