Let's think of it in these terms... The OTC does not require audited financials. All of the OTC shells that I have seen just file the minimum unaudited filings in order to stay pink.

However, companies listed on the NYSE or Nasdaq must file audited financial reports. So it stands to reason that the PKPH shell is primed and ready for NYSE or Nasdaq. Why else spend significant money on several years of audited financial reports? Why indeed.
