There is always the chance that he sold them yet also claimed via email to still own them. Without seeing proof of ownership we truly don't know.

I'll admit I will be surprised if he sold them, but his other filings show that he clearly knows he is supposed to include all common shares (and has in other reports), so it seems odd that he would forget to include them here while still owning them.

That said, I could see a situation where he forgot to include them but doesn't want to refile the annual report because it might further delay getting pink current. But this is speculation until we see something from Sharp himself.

I don't believe that for a minute. That is a made up story to try and refute the suspicion that he sold his shares. It's not a believable story knowing that Georgie will block you on Twitter for asking any question about his stocks. Not a chance in hell he is going to respond to some random email from some unknown person. It just doesn't fit his character.

He sold them. Or he was wilfully negligent in his filing.
