Aren't you curious at all why UNQL didn't post the Term Sheet publicly for that $25m loan and $10m bridge? Even a little bit suspicious? I'm not currently a shareholder, so I don't care. But as a shareholder yourself, don't you want to know the terms? It's your company and your money. Are you cool with more convertible notes? Or just blind faith in a company with a 52-week low of a penny and high of 0.038? That 38 cent spike when you bought was a looonnnngggggg time ago. It hasn't hit 4 cents in over a year now.
