CETX - Cemtrex price target raised to $23 from $8 at Dawson James

Dawson James analyst Jason Kolbert raised the firm's price target on Cemtrex to $23 from $8 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company's market cap remains low and its revenue prospects are high, leading the firm to believe it has been overly conservative, the analyst tells investors in a research note.



This is pretty funny. It might get up there at some point on its low float of 707k, but I wouldn't think on its merits.

I have seen lots of $1 stocks with strong earnings and solid balance sheets triple, quadruple and more, but I have yet to see one go below zero.
