When the OS was increasing every week that was said the be negative because they were diluting shares. But now that the OS isn't increasing that is said to be negative because they are not sure when FINRA will complete the R/S processing, and they don't want to get caught holding shares, that they have not sold.
So no matter what the company does it's going to be looked at as negative,

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
