One set of shares get to vote The other has more liquidity Price
The vote is virtually worthless since it’s advisory at best. It has zero chance of effecting voting outcomes. Personally I think the A shares are worth more on that alone, but either way I think they should be roughly at parity. I value liquidity more because without it I couldn’t hold many shares. For someone only buying 500 shares for example I think the 2 classes are worth more or less exactly the same.
