SSOF now has something wrong with its accounting for preferred shares. Looking at the latest disclosure (Sept 2022), it variously claims to have 10,050,000 preferred shares and 1,050,000 preferred shares outstanding. The shares are now claimed to be in the hands of Don Kerr. There is no mention of Ken Bland. And no mention of any transaction that would have shifted the shares from Bland to Kerr. Pretty shady or at least slipshod.
