You can talk to the ceo or top guys in the company Vxit and there is nothing wrong It!!!!!
The ceo can not give information in general terms
To any one person and is not insider information!

He can talk in general terms like say we are trying to get funding !!!
But he cannot say so and so (name a company ) is giving us funding
With out telling all !!!

From what I see the ceo has not given any out information that we be insider information
