There are not in the o/s. End of story. The 13D's came after the 8k and that is what you are failing to see. In article 5A of the 13Ds, it clearly states the shares went to preferred. Read it. That is why they never made it to the o/s. Period!!!! Updates have proven so. If the shares were converted, that would reflect in the o/s. You are incorrect. Always go with the latest filings!!!!!!!!! ;)
