OK, I accept what you are saying. I just don’t understand it. Because if NioCorp moved up to US$5.00 you are saying GXII will move up to $50 pre merger??
Then if that is the case pre merger, then the first merger brings GXII to US$5.00 with a 1/2 reverse split to get us to a risk free SP of US10.00 (or so).
I assume there would not be a 1/10 reverse split back to US$50

Just thinking out loud and hopefully learning.
