At 18m OS, assuming direct sale and warrant conversions, $0.22 would be a market cap of just under $4m. Bob Gower, their Chairman of the Board, just bought $500,000 worth of shares with cash, and claimed rights to the purchase of another $500,000 worth. Institutional investors are handing over $5.5m in cash to the company, and placement agent is one of the oldest and most prestigious investment firms in American history.

If you think insiders are spending a million bucks frivolously, and that institutional investors are going to give $5.5m cash to a company which will ever again see under $4m valuation, then you should know and believe that I am the Queen of France, herself.
