That again is part of our history in which the rest of America, other than the North finally woke up to these facts. It took the South awhile to catch up with the times back then. Now we have gotten over the hump snd in the eighties white gills struggled to get jobs as most back then had to go to the disadvantaged folks regardless of abilities snd experience. Been there befor done that. Many great workers were not given jobs snd had to search elsewhere because jobs they would have had sent to others. Now we seem to forget those times did happen then. It was a good thing and we all survived it. More than enough to go around these days especially with our Government handing out payoff cash to the same so called disadvantaged folks. Some folks just do not want to work when handed cash for doing nothing, all races that applies to. Creates total laziness in our society. The Government wants folks to need their pablum.
