I just checked tier changes over the last month and you can clearly tell when it's the weekend because the date skips two days.

Not a single tier change on the weekend in the past month. I didn't go back further as I assume that is consistent.

But does it really matter? Whether they do a tier change on Saturday or on Monday, it has the same effect when market opens on Monday.

Except Monday tier changes are like any other weekday, not 3x an average number, so OTCM doesn't process extra tier changes over the weekend or anything.
